Shipping policy
Lead time is 3 working days. All online orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays. This excludes weekends as well as public holidays.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is complete and has been collected by the courier, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel. A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.
If you are unable to locate this dispatch email, please reach out to us on info@kiinworks.com. with your order number and we will be able to assist you further.
A signature will be requested upon delivery, so we suggest providing an address where someone will be able to sign for the receipt of the parcel between 9am and 5pm. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left with someone who will be required to sign. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy. Delivery. We offer two shipping options:
- Overnight R100 1-2 business days
- Economy R 130 3-5 business days
- Free shipping for orders over R2300
This does, however, exclude 3 day lead time for the processing of your item from the date of purchase.
