Terms and Conditions

1. Orders

1.1 Purchasing Products

When you place an order through the Kiin Works website, you are offering to purchase the product at the listed price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We do our best to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices shown on our website are accurate at the time they are published. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Reasons for refusing or cancelling an order may include:

  • the item is out of stock
  • payment could not be authorised
  • there is an error in the product information, pricing or promotion

1.2 Pricing

All prices on the Kiin Works website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change at any time without notice.

Delivery charges are added separately at checkout where applicable.

1.3 Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. Kiin Works cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kiinworks.com.

1.4 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order after it has been placed.

If payment has already been processed for an order that is later cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is an unavoidable delay in shipment. In such cases, we will do our best to assist.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment Methods

Kiin Works accepts payment via the payment methods made available at checkout.

All payments are subject to authorisation and verification. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and approved.

If payment is declined or not authorised for any reason, your order will not be completed.

2.2 Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, permits, restrictions or other local charges required by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kiin Works is not liable for any customs or import-related costs.

3. Product and Price Changes

We may update, change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to adjust pricing where necessary due to factors such as:

  • supplier price changes
  • exchange rate fluctuations
  • product discontinuation
  • pricing errors
  • other unforeseen circumstances

4. Manufacturing and Shipping

We aim to process orders within 72 hours of receiving them.

Please allow up to 10 working days for manufacturing, where applicable.

Kiin Works ships orders from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is in the care of the shipping provider. While we will always do our best to assist, Kiin Works cannot be held liable for delays, losses or errors caused by third-party courier services.

Please open your parcel carefully upon arrival. Kiin Works is not responsible for damage caused while opening the packaging.

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is always entirely error-free.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error, supplier error or technical issue, Kiin Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
